Yes. Frozen products will be accepted back as long as they have not been used, still frozen and packaging in its original condition. Treats and dry products must be in the same state, except you don’t need to return them back frozen 🙂

Yes we can deliver to the areas published here. We can deliver anytime of the day up to 8pm at night. We aim to deliver on the same day however this may be changed to the next day should the order be received late in the day. If you live outside of our delivery area, please call and we can arrange.

We source our products directly from our vendors. All food products are collected as frozen and immediately stored in a freezer until sold and delivered/collected.

We are open everyday of the week except for public holidays. Best call ahead on 01344 208 343 if you would like to visit at a specific time.

We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and BACS transfer. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.

For Collection only there is no minimum amount. For orders under £20 there is no delivery service and you will need to collect. For orders over £50 delivery service is free. You are welcome to buy as much or as little as you like. Buying more is always welcomed 🙂
