Hi to all our lovely Raw4pets customers,

Its June and summer finally feels likes its here.

With May Bank Holidays behind us we are open on a Tuesday evening 5:30pm to 7pm if you need to come to collect after work OR we are open on Saturday from 11:30am to 2pm. We still offer a Thursday evening delivery slot if this is a better option for you.

We also have a great new feature which some customers have been using. If you click on the “Notify me when in stock” on products that are currently out of stock, not only will this prompt me to order what you are keen to buy, it will email you as soon as the product is in stock, giving you “first dibs” on the product and you can quickly place your order to secure your loved ones favourite food, providing the Suppliers have stock.

Please be aware: As we have been so busy we have had to put a temporary cap on deliveries, so we are now have limited delivery time slots, really sorry if you choose a date which is fully booked, as its just not possible to get to everyone on time right now. We have also changed the cut off time for pick ups as 10 am, as we cannot always get to pack them on time.

We have another unit at Titan, which means we can hold more freezers and your favourite brands at the Storage unit, however we are keeping our existing Unit so that won’t change, when you come and pick up or come in to buy supplies.

We have had the lovely Sally help and her daughter Indy is helping on Saturdays, Tama and Kelly help out during the week now, thank you for all your patients as we train up the new Helpers.

Emily and the gorgeous Susan won our Competitions on our Facebook page, for the most unusual sleeping positions and won a lovely hamper.
